Scope of these terms

By using NetoZaplata (“the website”), you accept these terms of use in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the website. The operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; changes take effect once they are published on this page.

What NetoZaplata is

NetoZaplata is a free, purely informational online tool. It provides a net-pay calculator for Bulgaria — working out the approximate net salary from the gross after the employee’s social and health contributions and the flat 10% income tax are deducted, and showing the total cost to the employer. The website is not registered as a provider of financial, accounting or legal services.

The calculator runs on the rates in force, taken from named primary sources (as of юли 2026). It produces estimates, and its purpose is to make it clear how a Bulgarian payslip is built and how the tool works.

What NetoZaplata is not

NetoZaplata is no substitute for advice from an accountant, for tax advice, or for information from the National Revenue Agency (НАП) or the National Social Security Institute (НОИ).

In particular, the website is not:

• an official tool of the National Revenue Agency or the National Social Security Institute,
• an accounting or payroll service,
• a source of legal or tax advice,
• a guarantee that the result is correct in your specific situation.

For binding calculations and your tax return, please turn to the competent authority or to a licensed accountant or tax adviser.

Estimates, not official amounts

The figures shown are taken from named primary sources and cited where they appear. If a rule changed recently it may not be reflected here yet, and none of them has been through our final sign-off. For an official or tax decision, the cited source or the National Revenue Agency is the binding one. No model declares a rate correct on its own.

Permitted use

You undertake to use the website in accordance with applicable law and, in particular, to refrain from:

• accessing, or attempting to access, parts of the website that are not publicly available,
• deploying automated scripts, bots or scrapers that place a load on the server or disrupt normal operation,
• reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting the calculator and content without prior consent,
• using the website in a way that could harm other users or third parties.

Disclaimer of liability

The website is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information. Because the results are estimates, they may differ from your actual payslip; tax and social-security rules also change, and individual situations call for a separate assessment that a general calculator cannot reproduce.

You use the website at your own responsibility. The operator is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from the use or the inability to use the website, nor for decisions taken on the basis of the results.

Before any significant financial decision — for example concluding an employment contract, relocating to Bulgaria or filing your tax return — we recommend consulting a professional in the accounting or tax field.

Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, the calculator, graphics, methodology) is protected by copyright and by other applicable intellectual-property rights. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted without any special consent.

Any commercial use, the embedding of the calculator into another website, or the mass extraction of content requires prior written consent. Please contact us for this at info@desymphony.com.

Advertising and third-party content

The website shows no third-party advertising and sets no advertising cookies — no advertising network is integrated. The website measures its visits with Google Analytics 4, without setting an analytics cookie (see the privacy policy and cookie information for details). Should the website begin showing third-party advertising or partner links after launch, such content will be clearly marked as advertising. The operator does not control the content of third-party advertising and is not liable for its accuracy or reliability. Links to third-party websites

The website may contain links to external websites (for example those of the National Revenue Agency, the National Social Security Institute or the National Statistical Institute). The operator does not control the content of external websites and accepts no responsibility for their terms of use, their data-protection practices or their availability.

Changes to these terms

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes are marked with the date of the last update and, where it makes sense, announced by a notice on the website. By continuing to use the website after a change, you confirm that you accept the new terms.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the website, the parties will first seek an amicable settlement; if that is not possible, the competent courts at the operator’s registered seat have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law prescribes another place of jurisdiction.
